Returns & Refund

At Trevixaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.
1.3 Certain items (e.g., personal care products, intimate items, and final sale items) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@trevixaa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.2 Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
2.3 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
3.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Trevixaa is at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Exchanges
4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4.2 If you need an exchange for a different item, please process a return first and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
5.2 Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds may take some time to process.
5.3 If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@trevixaa.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
6.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Intimate or undergarment items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
